We are currently recruiting a passionate leader to oversee the clinical mental health treatment interventions and education and hold responsibility for implementation, leadership, clinical supervision, education and mentoring of staff to ensure best practice is met across the service. Key Responsibilities Utilising a continuous quality improvement approach to provide strategic guidance on implementation and sustaining of the Mental Health Division's orientation and induction approach for new staff. Work with key stakeholders/leadership team to ensure an integrated approach to the delivery of the orientation program for the division. Support the leadership team to ensure policies and procedures are developed and utilised to enable the smooth implementation of the Early Career Graduation Program. Support the embedding of evidence-based practices including Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA), informed peer practice supervision within division clinical teams, providing support to clinical leads and managers. Support managers and leads with strategic planning and use of team and all staff in-service time and quarterly all staff team time workshops. Comply with Federal, NT and Local Government legislation, regulations, permits and / or by laws. About You Completed tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, OT, Nursing or Allied Health. Eligibility for registration with AHPRA or AASW depending on discipline. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent to stakeholders and to establish partnership approaches. 5 year's experience in a health-related discipline Experience working in a leadership role desirable. Previous demonstrated project management experience to lead reforms and change management processes and to research, analyse information and produce quality reports/ proposals and track deliverables if required. Experience in planning, facilitation, and training, with the ability to lead planning sessions, conduct in-services and workshop training and reflective practice sessions. Including experience in providing training, workshops, and workforce development opportunities to clinical mental health staff. Skills and experience in the provision of workforce development approaches to clinical mental health staff and multidisciplinary teams. Strategic communication and relationship management skills with the ability to successfully navigate working across a complex and dispersed division to achieve outcomes. Highly resilient, flexible, and future focused leader who maintains boundaries, effectively manages competing priorities while contributing to a safe, productive, cooperative and friendly workplace. Experience in student and/or graduate placement coordination and supervision. A passion for youth mental health and keen interest in improving service provision for young people and families in the Darwin, Palmerston, and Katherine regions. Salary & Benefits HPSS Level 4.2 $108,447.94 p/a Super Super Salary packaging option and 5 weeks annual leave. A vehicle is also included in the package $6K relocation.
