As the project sales coordinator, you will work closely with the sales representative to provide administrative and support functions for the sales department. You will also develop an effective client relationship management system to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be involved in all aspects of customer service, order fulfillment and sales support. You will be a vital part of the Projects Division sales process and work as part of the Projects team.
Responsibilities: Handle order processing with accuracy and timelinessInform clients of any delays or problems, or work with sales reps to do soRespond to customer inquiries/complaints and resolve them promptlyCommunicate via telephone and email with reps, customers and suppliersCommunicate internally with other divisions and staffFollow company policy and procedure regarding paperwork, customer files, uniforms, security, etc.Attend weekly team meetings and any ad hoc duties as requiredDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsProvide high-level customer service and relationship building skillsHandle multiple duties simultaneously and exhibit initiativeOrganise/prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detailCoordinate a quality handover from sales and sales support and verify that the order documentation is complete and clarify the installation date with the customer or salespersonSkills and Qualifications: Organisational - organise/prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detailRelationship Building - ability to work well with others, customersProblem Solving - handle multiple duties simultaneously and exhibit initiativeIf you are keen, motivated and willing to contribute to a successful team, then we look forward to hearing from you.
