Job Title: Manager - Reconciliations Middle Office

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead a small team of Reconciliations middle office staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing outsourced functions, including daily operations and overall performance.
Main Responsibilities
* Responsible for all reconciliations within Fund Accounting and Middle Office Services in an outsourced environment.
* Monitor and report on reconciliations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to key risk targets.
* Communicate with key business owners and clients on reconciliation reporting, trends, processes, and controls.
* Work closely with offshore teams and serve as the primary point of contact for escalations.
* Support and lead key business change initiatives related to reconciliations.
* Be the primary point of contact for Aus/NZ reconciliations.
* Support client change and new services initiatives as required.
* Develop ideas for process improvement to systems and processes.
* Maintain and update internal procedures in accordance with the risk and control framework.
* Manage incident reports within required timeframes.
Requirements
* Degree education in commerce and finance preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in reconciliations.
* 10+ years' experience in Securities Services.
* Knowledge of fixed income, equities, foreign exchange, cash & FX markets, corporate actions, and derivatives.
* Solid understanding of outsource Middle Office services.
