Keep your weekends free Become part of a welcoming, friendly, and successful team with a "work hard play hard" mentality Join an award-winning business that is rapidly growing, offering HUGE career development opportunities Work closely with a top-performing Agent completing up to 60 sales per year The Position In the role of Executive Assistant, you will be working closely with a successful Principal, in which responsibilities include: Preparing listing presentations, sales proposals, and agency agreements Liaising with buyers, vendors, and solicitors throughout the sales process Arranging pre-settlement inspections, open homes, auctions, marketing appointments, building inspections, stylist, and buyer appointments Coordinate agent attendance for photography, floor plan, copywriting, virtual tours/ photo montages, and stylists for each property Diary, email, and appointment management Manage the exchange to settlement process Organising pre-listing kits, listing presentations, appraisal documents and sales contracts Database management and updating client records The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Executive Assistant will have: Previous real estate experience, ideally in a high-volume sales admin/marketing and/or Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role supporting an Agent/team Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail Immaculate personal presentation is a must Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Strong administrative skills with great time management Ability to work autonomously and is an excellent multi-tasker Great customer focussed attitude Ability to build rapport and have outstanding communication skills Apply in Strict Confidence Submit your CV by hitting APPLY NOW or contact: Caroline Stark Email: carolinep3recruitment.com.au Mobile: 0412 386 631 For a quicker response, please text or call.
