Job Description This is an on the floor role with 50% of your time being in production, with your team.
This could look like: Overseeing a team of QA Officers, including a supervisor and team leader Implementing and maintaining QA systems and processes.
Conducting regular audits and inspections.
Managing customer complaints and rand conducting RCA and investigations Providing training and support to staff on quality assurance matters Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders Maintaining industry qualifications including ISO9001, HACCAP and SQF Driving CI initiatives The Successful Applicant We are looking for: Proven experience in a QA management role within the FMCG industry Excellent knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail Strong stakeholder management skills Nimble with the ability to change direction depending on the day Preferred but not essential is experience in the meat industry
