We're seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our team in Japan. This role involves investigating allegations of inappropriate behavior, advising on complex HR matters, and formulating HR policies in accordance with government labor standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage investigations into ER-related matters, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, and workplace bullying.Assist HR Business Partners with complex HR matters, including background checks and performance management.Develop, implement, and review HR policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Compile data from ER cases to determine trends and develop proactive strategies to remediate risk.Support management in building out the ER function within the region and globally.Requirements: 8+ years of experience in ER investigations in an investment banking environment (preferred).Proficiency in both English and Japanese (preferred).Ability to exercise good judgment, maintain objectivity, and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and others.Ability to influence senior management and communicate clearly and concisely.About Morgan Stanley:
