Assists the sales organisation in providing technical and administrative product information.What You'll DoThe Sales Coordinator is responsible for (but not limited to):Maintaining an effective pre-sales engine to enable and optimise the sales function.Assuming accountability for driving sales activities directly with customers by developing relationships and building alliances with key stakeholders.Fulfilling administrative and support tasks which assist the Sales team to manage opportunities, win business, and close deals.Writing pre-sales content for the delivery of proposals to clients and prospects.Identifying sales leads and passing these onto other departments where you are not able to assist.What We're Looking ForSales and Administrative knowledge, strong business acumen, marketing knowledge, an understanding of IT services, and at least 2+ years of experience in a sales/customer-focused role. Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.
