The establishment of a federated operating model will create enterprise consistency of methodologies, tools, processes and overall capability, governed centrally and executed within each business area.What you’ll deliver with usAccountable for the development, and maintenance of enterprise process framework, process modelling tools, process modelling training and capability uplift across the enterprise. Working in partnership with Business Unit Process Excellence to drive standardisation in modelling, championing the best practice, facilitating/embedding process ownership & active process management discipline across the enterprise.You’ll alsoDevelop and maintain enterprise process framework to enable active process management and effective ownership, process modelling governance, and enterprise toolDrive continuous improvement and champion best practices to streamline maintenance activitiesDesign, facilitate training, and provide coaching to uplift process modelling and process improvement (inc.
