Job Title: Offshore Retail and Tavern CSOM Specialist
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing Customer Service & Operational Manager initiatives for our remote retail and tavern operations, conducting trend analyses, and leveraging customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure maximum profitability is achieved.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Regular site visits
* Growth on site KPIs
* Inventory management & profit protection
* Remote retail and tavern focus
* Customer feedback management
* Retail / sales up-skilling training
* Implementing retail core product range and supplier planograms
* Implementing agreed national programs and evaluating retail promotions
* SUPPORTING SITE MOBILISATIONS
Person Specification:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable role within a retail organisation, with exposure to grocery and/or petrol & convenience sectors
* Willingness to travel, including overnight stays as required by the role
* Previous experience in the remote/offshore mining sector (preferred)
* Relationship management experience with both internal and external stakeholders
* Effective multitasking skills, capable of efficiently multitasking and prioritising workload in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
