About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to help drive business growth and expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing HR functions, driving talent acquisition and development, and supporting organisational culture and engagement initiatives.
* Key Accountabilities:

o Develop and execute HR and talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
o Oversee recruitment processes and employee life cycles.
o Manage employee relations, workers' compensation, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
o Implement performance management systems and support talent development initiatives.
o Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
o Analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
o Conduct remuneration benchmarking and advise on market trends.
o Research and recommend best practice HR projects.
o Oversee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
o Determine and recommend employee relations practices to promote a positive employer-employee relationship.
Requirements
* Tertiary Qualification: Human Resources or Organisational Development.
* Experience: Proven experience in HR management or similar roles.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and regulations.
* Skill: Ability to develop effective working relationships, demonstrate collaborative approaches, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
* Cultural Competence: Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and socioeconomic status.
