As a Sales and Service Consultant your will be assisting in the growth and retention of core business by delivering exceptional customer service and actively promoting personal insurance products and benefits to existing and new customers
The role responsibilities
1. Respond to inbound customer telephone calls and nake outbounbd calls
2. Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs with the view of generating a sale
3. Provide customers with correct information
4. Take steps for customer retention
5. Resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently
6. Upsell products by promoting benefits
7. Generate leads for other business units
8. Insure accuracy of customer data
9. Process customer payments
10. Reslove customer inquires
11. Adhere to underwriting guidelines
12. Follow best practice
13. Participate in coaching activities
About you
We are looking for individuals who identify as First Nation who meet the below criteria
You will live in Perth
14. Able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills
15. Able to commence 28 August 2023
16. Able to attend full time training in West Perth 0830 - 1630 for 8 weeks
17. Completed Year 10 or equivalent
