Provide program and project resourcing and administrative support for a lead organisation in the utility sector;Initial six-month engagement with potential for extension; andFlexible work-from-home options available.About the Role: We are currently assisting our esteemed client with their requirement for a Resource Co-ordinator for a 6-month contract. In this role you will be responsible for providing program and project resourcing and administrative support. Manage the onboarding process for new starters, such as ordering provisions, coordinating hardware and software requests, and organising inductions. The role also involves overseeing end-of-employment tasks and facilitating inductions for both office and field staff.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment efforts, including organising interviews, participating on panels, and completing reference checks;Manage onboarding activities, such as travel arrangements, site inductions, and regular communication with the project team;Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment, governance, delivery, and resource risks, providing timely insights to project leadership;Serve as the main point of contact for site-based staff, escalating HR or industrial relations issues as needed;Monitor resource performance and take action to address any issues affecting project delivery;Ensure timely resourcing for project roles and delivery functions to meet project needs; andBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide flexible resourcing solutions.About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong foundation in business and project administration, supported by a Cert IV in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience. You have advanced expertise in applying administrative procedures and processes in diverse work environments, enabling effective service delivery to individuals and teams. Your ability to operate autonomously, prioritize multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines, and make informed decisions demonstrates your high level of attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
