We need a very good support/broker assistants. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years' commercial insurance broking experience. You will work in a fast paced insurance brokerage. Duties Working with two insurance brokers to: Processing of new business, renewals, endorsements, return premiums, etc. Maintain client files in a paperless office environment. Create client invoices for their insurance programs and managing client debtors. Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years insurance broking experience Must be able to process on Winbeat & Sunrise and e-file documents on OrganiseIT or Officetech Qualities Be committed, enthusiastic and pro-active. Team player qualities working towards a common goal. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Have initiative and be a problem solver. Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. This role is in our Eastern Suburbs office, in Mulgrave.
