Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with federal legislation, overseeing airport planning and development activities.
* Deliver on multiple activities and projects, often within tight timeframes to achieve regulatory and compliance outcomes.
* Draft, review and contribute to operational manuals, guidance documents, briefings and reports.
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support regulatory and policy objectives.
* Perform secretariat duties for the Board and support the continuous improvement of compliance and reporting processes.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of forming evidence-based conclusions.
* Excellent time-management abilities.
* Clear, concise communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory scenarios.
* Experience in regulation and compliance, with an ability to interpret and apply legislation.
