Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients, and speak at conferences.This remote role can be located anywhere within Australia or New Zealand to perform the required responsibilities.KEY EXPECTATIONSProvide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, with deep expertise and experience with Absence & Time TrackingLead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clientsWork with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into WorkdayAssist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutionsMentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledgeCommunicate clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively and synergistically on team-based projectsWork with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need supportFacilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practicesMaintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in productionProvide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project statusInnovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectivelyMaintain Workday certifications and qualificationsEnsure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems)Demonstrate computational thinking. Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needsContribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst your colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role modelProvide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoptionDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCECurrent WD Time Tracking Certification4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll / Absence / Time Tracking (PATT) SolutionsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious consulting experience with a consulting/software companyPrevious experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applicationsDemonstrated project management experienceFunctional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time TrackingAbility to effectively manage against timelines and goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilitiesAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingExperience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plusExpected travel is + / -30% depending on project
