Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing meeting room bookings, and assisting with general office and facility coordination. You will also support the Senior Receptionist with administrative tasks, mail distribution, office supplies, and technology setups for meetings. Key Duties: Greet visitors and manage incoming calls.
