This is a lead role helping the organisation understand how data products can solve customer and business pain points. The role leads the definition of business requirements, value and outcomes for Data Product families, works with engineering teams to build and test the products and embeds with the business teams to track the data products and ensure value realisation. The role works closely with Executive/Senior Data Product Owners, business/operations teams, data teams and tech teams to create data products with deep roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs and works as part of cross functional teams to deliver, run and enhance the products. A key focus will be ensuring that businesses understand and use the products and that there are clear metrics used to track the value of the product over time. Role: Technical Business Analyst Location: Sydney/Melbourne Key responsibilities of this newly created role include: Good stakeholder management. Strong understanding in DATA BA, requirement gathering, SQL and Python. Prior experience working on MARKTECH. Understanding of Adobe campaigns Platforms in an Insurance/FSI Business. Experience integrating data with Adobe Campaign Manager / other marketing platforms along with an understanding of Kafka / APIs. What do I need? Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related study/experience. Experience and proven results in business analysis and product development. Experienced in data analytics, AI, and reporting. Visualisation and presentation skills to communicate information appropriately to business, technology and delivery teams. Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. In-depth understanding of business, process and data analysis. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira. AGILE product development and management experience and/or awareness highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
