About the Role
This is a contact role offering part-time negotiated hours, with an immediate start and potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising and negotiating with agency officers, Ministerial staff, and public sector personnel
* Preparing documentation and briefings
* Providing professional customer service both internally and externally
* Coordinating staff meetings, agendas, and monitoring action items
* Managing financial accounts via Baseware and raising requisitions and receipting orders via Oracle
About You
To be successful as our Administration Coordinator, you will require:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in computer applications and databases, with expertise in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Proven experience in the role of Administration Coordinator or similar
* Expertise in record-keeping systems, meeting coordination, event planning, and arranging domestic and interstate travel
* A proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing deadlines
