As a Clinical Nurse your responsibilities will include: Demonstrate high-level professional nursing practice as evidenced by adhering to AHPRA professional standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements and Healthscope's policies and processes. Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of excellent standard of evidence-based, person-centred patient care. Foster learning within the unit, by demonstrating and sharing your high-level nursing skills on the job with colleagues, peers, ENs, graduates and students. Maintaining your own professional learning and continuous professional development. Act as a valued member of the inter-disciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care by actively contributing to team processes and practices. Collaborate with external partners to ensure patients receive a high quality of care across the health care continuum. Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners, using a customer service mindset, to enable high quality patient outcomes. Current AHPRA registration. Minimum of 5 years' experience working on a medical renal ward. Advanced Clinical Skills – Ability to assess delirium and rapid onset of changes in cognitive function. Understanding of the Australian National Commission in Quality and Safety Ten National Standards. Demonstrate the ability to show initiative and work within a team environment. Why Healthscope?
