Calling all go-getters, relationship-builders, and community champions! We're on the lookout for an inspiring Community Fundraising Specialist to lead the charge in crafting unforgettable experiences for our supporters and making a genuine impact. You'll play a starring role in developing innovative strategies, creating meaningful connections with individuals and groups, and driving growth in community fundraising for MS Queensland. As the ultimate champion of donor-centricity, your energy and enthusiasm will fuel personalised interactions that maximise revenue, retention, and supporter satisfaction.
Working closely with our awesome Fundraising Events Manager, you'll also spearhead stewardship and growth of high-value event participants for our signature peer-to-peer events – the MS Brissie to the Bay and the MS Moonlight Walk.

Create and deliver a fun, impactful community fundraising strategy to grow supporter engagement, retention, and lifetime value.Build and maintain a pipeline of creative community fundraising activities through grassroots and business development approaches.Represent MS Queensland at events, network like a pro, and deliver inspiring presentations to showcase our mission.Analyse performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Your winning qualities:
Passionate about improving the lives of people with MS and neurological conditions.3-5+ years in relationship fundraising with top-notch storytelling and collaboration skills.Proactive, flexible, and bursting with energy to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.Proven fundraising, project management, and business development expertise.Stellar relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills to engage diverse supporters.Tech-savvy self-starter with creativity, multitasking prowess, and a knack for innovation!Seniority levelMid-Senior level
