We provide leading‐edge conveyor and sortation systems, voice and light‐directed order fulfillment equipment, controls and software, robotics, mezzanines, and structures.Position Overview:The Senior Staff Accountant will ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and developing and following quality control functions over financial transactions.ResponsibilitiesManages month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and various reporting functionsRevenue recognition review & make necessary adjustments for closeResearch / investigate accounts, maintains and reconciles balance sheet accounts, and conduct variance analysisPreparation of financial statementsParticipates in development and review of annual operating budgetsAssists in quarterly, interim and year-end external/internal auditsAssists in ad hoc requests as neededQualificationsA Bachelor/Masters in accounting; CPA or CMA preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and 5 years in total accounting experienceStrong technical accounting knowledgeSAP or similar ERP experience is strongly preferredStrong Microsoft Excel experience / advanced formula knowledgePowerBI (Microsoft Data Visualization) or similar experience strongly preferredHighly detail-oriented and organizedAbility to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlinesProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employeesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSalary Range*: $80,000.00 to $92,000.00*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
