About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to engage stakeholders to develop and review business rules, ensure data integrity and enhanced workflow efficiency through delivery of training. The Senior Systems Officer leads governance and continuous improvement of inventory management, operational procurement, and financial systems, including SAP S/4 HANA & h-trak.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Lead the development, implementation, and review of local business rules, in collaboration with stakeholders of the Metro North Supply Division.Assist in preparation of work requests, through established forums (Communities of Practice) for system enhancements and defect resolution.Support the management of external vendors of business data platforms, ensuring KPIs are being met, and performance is driven within the contract to minimise variation and system downtime.Health Equity
It is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role as a valuable member of the Metro North workforce, contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting the defined six actions that specifically meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
