About the Role Bring your highly developed EA and relationship management experience to this fast paced and diverse role, supporting the Director - Child Youth and Family Tasmania. To shine in this role, you will have the ability to build and maintain relationships by providing a high-quality administrative support. Your strong eye for detail, ability to communicate to varied levels of stakeholders and flexibility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment will be the key to your success in this role. This is a 6-month Max-term 3 days per week based at our Hobart office, with some flexibility to work from home considered. Key Responsibilities Provide high level administrative and executive support to the Director Provide timely, effective diary management, prioritising and organising meetings, with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conference, team building and ad hoc events Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes and action lists Assist in preparation and collation of documents and reports Preparation and coordination of internal High Risk and Complex Care Panels. Travel Booking, Coordination & Itinerary management Reconcile expense claims, credit cards and process invoices Collaborate with Executive Assistants to other Directors and Executive Directors to deliver the best outcomes for the organisation Skills & Experience Prior demonstrated experience as an EA or Administrative Assistant, ideally from within the Community Services Sector Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite programs Highly developed relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work flexibly within a fast paced, multifaceted role providing a range of EA and administrative support Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality written communications such as reports and other correspondence Resilience and ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check where relevant to the role.
