About the Role Join our growing IT team in this newly created IT Business Partner opportunity. This role will partner with key stakeholders in our Finance Team.
You will play a key role in discerning business needs to identify appropriate technology solutions and collaborate closely with the broader technology team to deliver effective and innovative IT solutions for Ingenia Communities.
What You Will Be Doing Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, serving as a liaison between business units and the IT departmentCollaborate with the Head of Business Engagement and Delivery to devise and implement IT strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiencyLead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while coordinating with cross-functional teamsCultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicating IT initiatives and updates effectivelyGather and document technology requirements, translating business needs into actionable plans for the IT team, and driving process efficiency supported by technology changeAbout You Proven track record in an IT Business Partner or similar roleFunctional domain knowledge across finance sectorFinance or accounting background [e.g. CPA, Finance Qualifications, or have worked in the field before transitioning to IT]Strong business acumen with the ability to discern and align technology solutions with business imperativesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and relationship-buildingExtensive experience drawing end to end process maps, user journey, stakeholder mapping, change and communication plans.Technical knowledge is favorableWilling to get hands-on when required as this is a lean team.Demonstrated project management expertise focused on delivering tangible value and outcomesCulture and Benefits In return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks... so come join the team and apply now!
