You will also provide effective internal reporting to the financial controller and management.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of all month end journals, including provisions, accruals, and prepayments.Maintain Work in Progress accounts, ensuring revenue is recognised in correct periods.Reconciliations of all external sales revenue sources.Maintain asset register, ensuring all asset acquisitions and disposals are accurately reflected.Complete month end reconciliations for all balance sheet and revenue accounts.Preparation of internal financial reports including Divisional Profit and Loss statements, Consolidated Profit and Loss statements and consolidated Balance Sheets.Preparation of statutory obligations.Preparation of monthly/quarterly BAS, IAS, PAYG and FBT obligations.Monthly invoicing reconciliations and customer float balance reconciliations.Payment gateway reconciliations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.3+ years’ experience.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).Experience with Oracle or MYOB.Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls including accruals.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently.Able to confidently build rapport both internally and with business partners.InComm provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.*This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program-Tier II
