This is a HIGH VOLUME call centre and we are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment.
We require you to have a strong customer service background, coupled with a high level of resilience and an enthusiastic nature.
You will need to have:
* Strong attention to detail
* A positive and resilient outlook
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong numerical reasoning and PC navigation
* Previous call centre experience is essential
Our client’s hours of operation are from 8am - 6pm Tuesday to Saturday, to be considered for this role you must be available to work these shifts.
As they are in the betting industry Saturdays and Melbourne Cup are their busiest days, therefore you must be available to work them with no exceptions.
With onsite parking and easily accessible by public transport, these roles are going to move quickly.
