This position will be responsible for providing in-home personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and daily living supports for our home care clients.Our Home Care team endeavours to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients so that they may stay at home for longer and allow them to get out into the community to do the things they enjoy doing.To be successful in this role you will have/be:A roadworthy and registered vehicle and current drivers licence.Experience in Community Aged or minimum of Cert III in aged care.Availability to do shift work. We have morning shifts 6am – 12pm and afternoon shifts 12pm till 7pm as well as weekends.Must have availability of 3 days per week and commit to weekends (every 2nd).The ability to demonstrate empathy with our elderly clients and a caring nature.Somebody who is dedicated and 100% reliable and flexible.The ability and commitment to uphold high standards of work and to represent our company at the highest.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.People who take pride in their work, appearance and prepared to make a difference in somebody else’s life every day.
