The litigation and forensic consulting division is a dedicated and established team of professionals that conducts specialist support work for a broad range of legal matters. It aims to provide a supportive environment in which hard work is rewarded. The Role This varied and challenging role could encompass exposure to related areas such as financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, investigative accounting, and independent expert reports. Activities could include investigation and analysis of records, assessment of complex transactions, modelling of hypothetical scenarios, formulation of discovery strategies, settlement negotiation, and giving expert evidence in court. Persuasive communication skills and a sharp memory are essential. With a Partner retiring, you will take significant responsibility in dealing directly with clients, supervising a team, and growing the business. The Individual To be considered for this role, you will be CA qualified with strong interpersonal skills and 15+ years of experience in business valuations, litigation support, or forensic within an accounting firm environment. Experience in litigation and forensic work is critical.
