About the Role
This is a key leadership position within Psychological and Support Services, overseeing mental health programs to support staff, volunteers, and their families.
You will work collaboratively with statewide teams to drive a wellbeing-focused culture through prevention and intervention services.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver best-practice mental health programs, short-term counselling, training, and triaging support needs to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.
* Develop regional mental health plans using data-driven insights and stakeholder consultation.
* Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure statewide consistency and governance of services.
* Oversee regional support networks, including crisis support triaging.
* Facilitate training, workshops, and events to promote mental health awareness.
* Prepare reports, briefs, and submissions on psychological support services.
