You would be responsible for managing five shifts over a seven-day week, which will be a combination of early mornings (05:30am - 1:30pm) or evening closes (12:30pm to 8:30pm).Specifically, this means:Managing the opening or closing routines of the café.Leading the team from the front throughout the day.Being versatile and able to help your team out in all stations while ensuring guest service remains the focus for everyone.Directing the team; coaching and training, and giving praise and feedback in equal measures.Maintaining standards of presentation, image, food and beverage products, and guest service.We offer Nationally Recognised Qualifications via Management Traineeships to leaders that want to develop their career in hospitality.
