About the Role: The Change Analyst has the responsibility of engaging with teams affected by system and process changes so that the teams are properly consulted, informed and supported in being prepared for identified pain points in the proposed change(s).
Impacted stakeholders should be confident that the proposed changes benefit both the organisation and their part in it.
Experience working in a public health environment is desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Through consultation, conduct detailed impact statements mapping affected teams, processes and workflows to identify pain points; Generating change and communication plans, include key items such as milestones and deliverables; Developing a risk framework and establishing and monitoring mitigations as it applies to the change process; Ensuring compliance with the change plan and re-establishing such compliance should deviations from the plan be identified; Developing and contributing to relevant training needs; The provision of coaching and mentoring on a needs basis; Reporting on status at key milestones through the change process.
Key Selection Criteria: Degree in ICT, health, business, or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience in health system administration.
Demonstrated experience in change analysis, stakeholder impact assessments, and business process mapping within a large or complex organisation.
Proven ability to support teams through change, with a focus on minimising disruption, addressing concerns, and ensuring staff feel heard and supported.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with experience assessing business process changes and identifying risks.
Experience developing data-driven change insights to inform communication, engagement, and training plans.
Demonstrated ability to foster trust, build relationships, and advocate for impacted teams within a change program.
Experience in managing multiple competing priorities, with a structured and proactive approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex change impacts into clear, actionable insights.
