This role is ideal for someone with experience in legal software sales or a background in legal studies.Your focus will be on lead generation, outreach, and qualification—working with a strong pipeline of inbound leads while proactively identifying and engaging new opportunities.What You’ll DoEngage & Qualify Leads – Connect with law firms, legal professionals, and decision-makers.Cold & Warm Outreach – Conduct calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest.Lead Nurturing – Educate prospects on Tranche 2 AML regulations and our integrations with Actionstep, Clio, Smokeball, and more.Set Up Sales Meetings – Book and qualify demos for the sales team.CRM Management – Track interactions and pipeline progress using HubSpot.Attend Industry Events – Travel within Australia & New Zealand to represent Realaml.What We’re Looking ForExperience in legal software sales or a background in legal studies is highly preferred.Familiarity with legal practice management software (Actionstep, Clio, Smokeball, iManage, NetDocuments, etc.).Understanding of the legal sector—law firms, compliance, and AML knowledge is a plus.Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or professional services.Excellent communication skills—confident in speaking with lawyers, partners, and decision-makers.Self-motivated & results-driven—able to work independently and as part of a team.Salary & BenefitsOTE $90,000 – $120,000 AUD (Base Salary + Commission) + SuperHybrid Work Model – Work-from-home every WednesdayBe Part of a High-Growth Legal Tech Company – 350%+ growth in the last 12 monthsStrong Sales Pipeline – High inbound lead flow & marketing supportCareer Growth – Opportunity to advance within a fast-growing company️ Travel Opportunities – Attend legal & compliance events in Australia and New ZealandCoolangatta, Gold Coast Lifestyle – Work in an amazing beachside locationLocation: Must be based in Coolangatta, Gold Coast, or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available).Interested?
