As a Personal Assistant supporting the State Sales Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support and play a critical role in enabling the Senior Manager to focus on key strategic objectives and priorities.

Key Responsibilities: Diary and Email Management : You'll be managing complex schedules, which requires good organizational skills and the ability to adjust priorities quickly.
Event & Travel Coordination : Arranging logistics and organizing events means being proactive, detailed-oriented, and skilled in handling a variety of tasks at once.
Preparing Reports and Documentation : You'll need to be good with written communication, creating reports, and presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
File and Record Maintenance : Strong attention to detail will be essential to keep things organized, particularly with project files and financial records.
Stakeholder Communication : Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial for smooth operations.
Budget & Invoice Management : Handling administrative tasks like payments, expenses, and budgets requires a high level of accuracy and reliability.

MS Office Expertise : Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is non-negotiable.
You'll be preparing presentations, documents, and maintaining data in Excel.
Experience with CRM/Workflow Systems : Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Concur and SAP is a plus.
