We are seeking an experienced (2+ years) EA who is comfortable supporting multiple managers.Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:Provide proactive, effective and efficient administrative support to the Crew Lead and Chapter Area LeadDiary management: proactive, efficient time & diary management and maintenance of e-filesInbox management: Monitor inbox, prioritise emails, and assist in the preparation of responses.Document management: Collation of pre-reading materials (presentations, meeting papers etc.
), assist in the review of papers to ensure any items manager is accountable for are prioritised and actioned in a timely manner.Meeting management: arrange meetings, produce and distribute agendas, action items and associated papers as required and to the timeframes required.
Attend meetings, taking minutes and action items as required.Attendance and participation at selected leadership meetings and events.Co-ordinate/arrange travel, appointments, offsites, conferences, workshops & functionsEstablish and maintain strong, effective, strategic and appropriate working relationships with business partners, EAs and other stakeholders.HR Support: assisting with submitting recruitment requests and onboarding.Generating reports, assisting with budgetsProvide ad hoc administrative support to the wider teamWe're interested in hearing from people who have:Previous experience supporting at a senior level as an Executive AssistantSelf-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.Superior skills in Microsoft Office suite.An ability to build relationships easily across the business, are highly personable with excellent communication skills.The ability to manage workflow, priorities, works well under pressure and is flexible.If this sounds like you, apply now!
