Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will be essential. You'll play a key role in a committed team focused on ensuring patient care and maintaining high clinical standards.Role Requirements: This position requires availability for a 24/7 roster with 10, 8, or 6-hour shifts and includes 6 weeks of annual leave.Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on best practices.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.Adapt to a dynamic work environment and respond effectively to change.Maintain high professional and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.Recognise and value the diverse cultural backgrounds of patients and colleagues.Focus on improving the lives of vulnerable people in our care.Qualifications: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.Minimum of one year of relevant experience in primary health or acute care settings.Experience in justice and correctional settings is desirable but not essential.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse team members and stakeholders.Ability to manage and respect diverse cultural backgrounds and customs.High levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.You do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position.
