Job DescriptionThis is an opportunity for a marketer skilled in marketing and graphic design to join our high performing Mascot business. You will play an integral role in enhancing the productivity and delivery of service excellence to clients and customers.
Support the business objectives designed to win listings, generate leads, increase brand dominance, and increase client engagement.Work with the team to design and produce winning submissions that are creative and professional to win listings. This involves taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals, client presentations and any other support material required.Develop, manage and implement property marketing campaigns for assets taken to market. Project manage the marketing preparation process and coordinate high quality marketing collateral on behalf of clients.Manage the marketing CRM, monthly metrics reporting, marketing policy compliance, internal communications, improving quality, managing libraries on Colliers Hub & SharePoint, maintaining collateral and content, etc.QualificationsDiploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty (desirable)2 years' experience in similar role ideally within the property industry (desirable)High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to manage and work as part of a fast-paced team.Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and/or PhotoShop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)Additional InformationWe foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
