Responsibilities:
* Ensure our residents and community members are provided with a high level of customer service, with genuine empathy and respect
* Provide a strong level of administrative support to the Community Manager
* Respond to incoming calls and emails
* Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely, professional manner
* Assist residents and visitors with all questions and requests
* Deliver exceptional Resident experience through organised events and offerings throughout the community.
* Ability to offer flexibility in tasks to support a ‘One Team’ environment.
Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrated administrative/reception experience
* Demonstrated ability to support a busy manager or team
* Empathetic and respectful approach with a mature age group
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent time management skills
