In this role:
You will lead the Communication & Workplaces enabling division as part of our newly established Branch Leadership Team, reporting to the Executive Director Culture & Capability.
This critical position involves building partnerships and relationships with the Deputy Secretary, Transport Executive cohort, and divisional and agency leadership teams to implement leadership, talent, and capability development strategies.
Key areas of focus include:
1. Utilising workforce architecture to build visible career pathways for key workforce segments.
2. Developing and refining performance frameworks.
3. Managing the Transport Cadets, Graduate, and Aboriginal employment programs.
4. Identifying enterprise-wide priority learning and capability needs and designing solutions to meet these needs.
5. Uplifting management capability through frontline leadership development.
6. Managing talent review processes and succession planning.
7. Leading a performance-driven approach through continuous coaching conversations.
About you
You are a tertiary-qualified human resources practitioner with expertise in leadership development, learning, and development, talent management, or organisational psychology looking to contribute to organisational success through people development.
