Your role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically savvy Sales Representative to join our team in Western Sydney. This role is a unique opportunity for a Territory Manager/Account Manager who will focus on managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, while also identifying and unlocking new business opportunities. The role is integral to growing the business within a well-established customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent service through technical expertise.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling technical inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and developing strong relationships with both current and new clients. You’ll work closely with your customers to understand their needs and drive growth through exceptional service and support. We’ll ensure that you are well-prepared for success, offering all the necessary resources and guidance to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities:
* Build on the existing customer base, unlock new opportunities, and drive business growth.
* Visit 6-8 customers face-to-face daily, troubleshooting and converting specifications to expand the territory and business.
* Convert specifications where the company is not yet listed and actively grow the market share within your territory.
* Handle technical inquiries, provide expert advice, and demonstrate solutions to customers, ensuring both sales and technical needs are met.
* Regularly track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to ensure KPIs and growth objectives are consistently achieved.

* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a growth mindset essential for success in the role.
* Strong communication skills to engage with customers and address technical inquiries.
