Currently, we are looking for Permanent Part Time Community Support Workers to help our clients in our ever-growing Loddon Mallee VIC team where the successful applicant will travel around the Kennington/Bendigo, VIC District.
The Role:
You will be out and about in the community, working with clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. You will provide a range of services to our valued clients, including:
* Assisting clients with personal care services (Hygiene/showering & general grooming)
* Transporting clients to and from appointments
* Supporting with domestic cleaning
* Preparing light meals
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary Range: $31.89 p/hour + 11.5% superannuation.
* Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
* Travel Reimbursement: 99c per km.
* Equipment: Smartphone and specific tools provided.
* Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.
* Professional Development: Training opportunities and career advancement.
* Parental Leave: 9 weeks paid (for eligible applicants)
About You:
* Are passionate about working with the Elderly - love hearing their stories and want to be apart of their journey Hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability + hold the transcript (modules you completed with the certificate)
* Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or the willingness to obtain one)
* Hold a current Australian driver's licence and your own registered and insured vehicle
* Are happy for travel times to up to 45mins to an hour for our clients.
* Monday (highest need), Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Availability across these days will be advantageous.
