About the Role | .NET & Angular Developer (SQL Preferred) We're on the lookout for a talented and people-focused .NET & Angular Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you'll work on building solutions that directly support our therapists and clients—helping deliver better outcomes for people across Australia. You'll collaborate closely with a supportive, cross-functional team where your ideas are valued, and your contributions have real impact. This isn't just coding; it's creating meaningful change through technology.
What You'll Be Doing Designing and developing scalable web applications using .NET Core and Angular Building robust RESTful APIs and supporting a microservices architecture Collaborating with UX/UI and business teams to create seamless user experiences Ensuring high standards for security, performance, and scalability Managing and optimizing SQL databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL), ensuring data integrity Developing efficient queries for reporting and data analysis Supporting CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Leveraging Azure cloud services for hosting, authentication, and database management Actively engaging with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions Documenting processes to support ongoing learning and team collaboration Proactively monitoring systems and resolving issues before they impact users About You Full Australian working rights - without needing to relocate or requiring sponsorship Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Proficiency in Angular (latest versions preferred) Proven ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, IdentityServer) A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit Excellent communication skills—you're a team player who enjoys helping others succeed Bonus Points (Preferred Skills) Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relationship database Knowledge of indexing, query optimization, and database performance tuning Experience with Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes Experience in industries like healthcare, financial services, or e-commerce Location Flexible working arrangements—hybrid, remote, or office-based with our brains trust being at our Cheltenham offices Collaborative team environment with regular virtual and in-person events
