Ideally, you are a student in the penultimate year of your degree. What's in it for you? Write code to a consistently high standard by embracing processes such as peer review and testing Ensure integrity, security, and confidentiality of our systems Liaise in a polite and timely manner with our customers to resolve defects and offer enhancements to their projects Accurately maintain system documentation, including change requests, technical and user guides, problem and resolution knowledge bases, and documentation produced during the system life cycle Develop, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines Support and maintain our existing development infrastructure and applications Enhance our DevOps capabilities across the entire business, through all parts of the process including development, support, and monitoring. We'd be thrilled if you have: The ability to adapt to change and challenges A positive can-do attitude and are keen to explore diverse projects & industries High attention to detail and exceptional quality control Worked in an agile program delivery environment Experience working in customer-focused projects/environment Familiarity with support tickets and knowledge-based systems Experience with the following: Modern web technologies (HTML/CSS/Javascript/Typescript/React/Angular etc) Experience with common web server-side languages (C#, Java, PHP etc) Highly impressed with the knowledge or experience with the following: CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, Travis, GitHub Actions etc) Docker, K8, AWS, Azure experience iOS and Android development (Cordova, React Native etc) Testing technologies (Junit, Xunit, Selenium, Jest etc) Databases (SQL – PostgreSQL, MySQL) Note: you don't need to have all of the above requirements - if you have half or more you are good to apply.
