* Drive medical equipment sales growth in public and private hospitals through strategic engagement and relationship building
* Lead complete sales cycles from initial outreach through implementation, ensuring smooth procurement processes and installations
* Partner with surgeons and hospital leadership to demonstrate product value while providing ongoing training and support
* Analyse market data and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory planning
* Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to develop targeted strategies for key hospital accounts
