As an Internal Account Manager you’ll be responsible for providing risk management services to a portfolio of clients whilst also offering key support to a senior broking professional.

Duties and responsibilities
As an Internal Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:
* Provide key support on an estblished book of business whilst managing your own portfolio
* Manage a mixed portfolio of SME clients and provide them with expert advise and tailored insurance solutions
* Facilitate the provision of quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims and processing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
* Maintain industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and events
* Adopt and open mind and willingness to learn
We are looking for someone with:
* Tier 1 Broking Qualification
* Experience with SME and mid-market accounts plus preparing ISR & Liability slips
* Comfortable managing a portfolio whilst also assisting
* A positive can-do attitude! Someone that takes initiative in their learning and can be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
* Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with external stakeholders
* Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
