Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance on a wide range of electrical and instrumentation systems Conduct hazardous area inspections and maintenance. Lead safety-focused activities, ensuring zero harm and compliance with AGL’s safety standards. Coordinate with mechanical, process, and operations teams to maintain safety and reliability. Act as a permit holder within the Permit to Work system. Key Accountabilities Be a Health, Safety, and Environment Champion, ensuring compliance with all HSE policies, standards, and regulations. Execute maintenance activities per the SAP management system, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and plan and coordinate unplanned maintenance effectively. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, delivering effective solutions and fostering a positive experience in all interactions. Support a culture aligned with AGL values, ensure proper induction and compliance for contractors, and maintain high engagement across the team. Adhere to all standards and ensure all site activities comply with Australian and AGL regulations. About You Licensed electrician and instrumentation technician. High-risk work licenses and training in confined spaces and working at heights. Ideally, experience in maintenance of industrial facilities. Hands-on experience with process instrumentation calibration, high voltage systems, and gas chromatographs is preferred. Expertise in safety systems, SAP maintenance management, and contractor management. Strong knowledge of gas plant or petrochemical operations (desirable).
