About The Program
Wellways to Recovery program which is a community-based support program for individuals with mental health challenges. The program works with individuals and their families to identify personal recovery goals and assists them to develop the knowledge, skills, and strategies to improve their health and wellbeing. We also provide information, education, advice and support to family members, friends, and the wider social and support networks of people.
About The Opportunity
Our team of supportive and enthusiastic members is currently on the look for a dedicated Program Worker who will assist in improving the lives of community members.
As part of the Recovery team, you will form part of a joint effort to assist people who are experiencing severe or persistent mental health issues to progress on their recovery journey by working towards goals that increase their inclusion in the community. You will work towards the engagement of community members through developing professional and trusting relationships with them and relevant stakeholders.
