Enjoy free burgers every month as part of the team.Supportive Team Environment: Thrive in a workplace that celebrates innovation, fosters professional growth, and values your contributions.About the RoleAs a People Systems and Services Advisor, you'll play a critical role in delivering HR initiatives, supporting processes, and maintaining HR systems across our Restaurants and Support Office.Your responsibilities will include:Generating employee contracts, salary reviews, and managing offboarding processes.Maintaining accurate and compliant employee data across HR systems, ensuring everything is up-to-date.Proactively managing working rights and visa compliance, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.Overseeing the deployment of surveys for onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.Supporting the Grill'd Recognition and Reward Program and managing performance and remuneration review processes.Providing managers with coaching and advice on employee relations (ER) matters, including performance and conflict resolution.Creating reports from HR systems to track key metrics and provide insights.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional who can manage multiple tasks and processes. Ideally, you'll bring:Experience: 2+ years in a similar HR position, with exposure to HR systems.Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities.Attributes: A 'can-do' attitude, resilience, and a passion for sharing knowledge and driving improvements.Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies and practices, with relevant qualifications (preferred).
