This role is Australia wide with flexible working arrangements due to domestic travel requirements.Support your Manager across planning and project execution activitiesAssist with daily administration (diary management, agendas, emails, report writing, meeting notes, data inputs and presentation development)Attend, engage, and note-take as an industry liaison through industry committees and stakeholder forumsAssist Manager to build and maintain strong networks across the Retail sectorAssist the ongoing development of the Retail workforce development planAssist with the ongoing VET sector training product reviews for RetailCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholdersPrepare and submit briefs and reports to summarise your findingsStrong communication skillsYou will assist the Stakeholder Engagement Manager (Retail) to lead and manage stakeholder events & forums, support the execution of projects for the sector and assist with daily administrative operations.What you'll need to succeedAssisting in driving organisational growth in the context of Retail.Operating in team, understanding team skills / capabilities & identifying development opportunities.Time & project management to effectively balance multiple responsibilities and deliver to set deadlinesProfessional conduct and liaison with government and industry professionals.Attend events as a delegate and report findings, prepare briefings and prepare documents for government or association bodies.Previous high-level assistant experience.Previous experience working in the Retail sectorPassion for supporting the Retail industry (includes Community Pharmacy) and the workforce within.
