Cardiff, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSW Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology) As the ICT Systems Administrator, you will be the primary maintainer of all ICT systems and provide escalated support to service desk technicians.This role involves working closely with other IT staff and contractors to ensure the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure.The ICT Administrator plays a key role in 3ME Technology's push to expand from being a leading supplier of integrated battery systems for heavy industry applications, which currently focuses on the Mining, Military and Marine sectors, to its aim of becoming Australia's leading heavy duty electrification vehicle integrator and which will make a substantive impact on global energy transition.Your Key Responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the IT Manager to ensure smooth operation and strategic alignment of IT systems.Working with Solutions Architects to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.Interacting with company staff to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions.Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or equivalent experience.Linux Foundation Certification (CompTIA, LFCS, or LFCE) or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in a similar role with generalised and specialised IT skills.Technical knowledge of Microsoft on-premises Active Directory services and cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure.Experience in deploying and managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and BYOD environments.Proficiency in scripting with Windows PowerShell and developing automation workflows. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team.Strong time management and organisational skills.Openness to change and new approaches.
