Our client is seeking customer service operators with proficient computer skills, good data entry speed and accuracy to work 100% from home. If you are seeking to work 100% from home to fit work around life, family or geographic location this is the role for you.
The role:
Offering advice and triaging incoming calls to the public. The department manages communication to the public in relation to environment and agri emergencies.
1. 100% work from home
2. Training - one week ( first two weeks are FT hours Monday to Friday) - Start next Monday
3. Shifts Monday to Friday - up to 38 hours per week - Call lines operate Mon-Fri, 9-5. No overtime, no weekends.
4. On going 3 months plus
About you:-
5. You must live in Victoria
6. Must have your own equipment - Computer or laptop with windows 10 (or Mac equivalent), reliable high-speed internet, web cam and headset.
7. Be immediately available - start Monday
8. Complete compliance documentation - references x2, police check, on boarding documents.
